We had placed an order online for 4 cheese burst pizzas today from Airoli branch , Navi Mumbai in which we had replaced the toppings on the website for each and every pizza and we paid extra money to make it cheese burst but when we opened the box, we were completely shocked, not only were the toppings not replaced but, there was no cheese in the pizza. Today I ordered dominos pizza from Viman Nagar branch. The service was pathetic. I ordered (order no 459) at 10:00 PM and I got the delivery at 11:25PM after calling dominos 5 times. Moreover the pizza was delivered cold. I have not eaten such a bad pizza before. I cant believe that dominos service and product could be so bad.

I suggest you guys to think before ordering pizza from dominos again. Very bad experience.

Today I visited domino's store at Sapna Sangeeta, Indore and I ordered a Lebanese roll(chicken) and I was shocked by seeing hair pieces in that. This was the second time I faced such problem. I called up the Rajmandir, Jaipur dominos outlet on[protected] and and the employee was very rude and refusing to deliver. I called up three times continuously but he banged down the phone every time without listening to me.
It's not good for dominos image to keep such rude employees.

This is to complain about the service of Domino's Pizza has bee get worse now. I online ordered my pizza spicy delight large at 6:00 pm bearing order no 313 dated 16th June, 2013 and did not get the delivery by 6:55pm, around 7pm delivery came with excuse waiting of around 1 hour and did not delivered pizza free. And even the order was incomplete. And I had to call Domino's at least for more than 30 minutes on call waiting to complete...

I share my continuous unpleasant experiences with Dominos pizza Koramangla branch(879,6th block,80ft Road, Koramangla, Bangalore).
I am a regular customer of this outlet, but they are the worst outlet in Bangalore in terms of service delivery, commitment and quality. Following are the issues:

I had made a purchase of Dominos Pizza from Mobile App on 26 th April, 2013.

However after transaction was made from my debit card and money was transferred I got an error message stating that the order could not be placed and I will be receiving a refund within 7 days.

But, till date I have not recieved the refund.

I ordered two pizza(Veg+non Veg) Which I usually do twice in a week with same address and credentials. This time Veg Pizza(Farmhouse) where completely pressed in the cartoon.
