DTDC & India Emporium — Part of Product missing

I had made a purchase from India Emporium of a Lehenga, Choli Dupatta which on their website was shown as 5kg. However, when I received the Product, it was only a Lehenga which was 2.75kg. After numerous calls and emails, they tell me to buy the Choli and Dupatta. This is pathetic.
