[Resolved] DTDC — very poor service | |
i had to receive an item before 5 days which i have not received till date. the airway bill number is M09487005.the item is at mahabubnagar dtdc since 3 days and they still didn't take the pains to deliver it. this is the 2nd time i am having problem with dtdc mahabubnagar. they don't deliver it on time and the last time i waited for 3 days and they were irresponsible and negligent to deliver it so i had to go and collect it for my self at dtdc office leaving all my work. this is the last time i am send or receiving anything from dtdc mahabubnagar. i never had any problem with bluedart or other services. very poor service.
I bought a Parker pen from eBay. The seller sent it to my address on 22nd Oct. It reached the branch on 25th oct2014. They called me and said they don't deliver it to my home. I have to go to their branch and collect it. But since I'm working I can't go. They told me that they will deliver it in 3days. Today is 3rd November. Still I didn't receive the product. 9days gone. Very poor service. Tracking number: Z24172038
I've noticed it a lot many times that whenever i am supposed to receive a courier through DTDC, firstly it gets significantly delayed & secondly, instead of sending the courier properly to the receiving address, a personnel from DTDC offices calls me and asks me to pick the same from the office itself, giving very stupid reasons for not delivering it at my address.
It has happened so many times with me. I mean this is not the way a courier company is supposed to behave. I'am highly disappointed with the service of DTDC.

A courier was sent on Friday (May 29th) from Noida to Guwahati and it has not reached till Wednesday (June 3rd). HOW IS DTDC A FAST COURIER SERVICE?? The speed post service provided by the govt. India Post is faster than your service. VERY DISAPPOINTING. On top of this-
1. NONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPLINE NUMBERS WORK. EVEN AFTER CALLING MANY TIMES, I COULD NOT GET THROUGH DELHI, NOIDA OR GUWAHATI NUMBERS.
2. SMS TRACKING DOES NOT WORK.
3. TRACKING ON WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK 80% OF THE TIME.
In summary, I will not be using DTDC again and I will also be discouraging other friends, colleagues and offices from using DTDC.

on 15/10/14 i track my doc. online n see that meerut hub recd. it on 13/10/14
then i make a call to DTDC office on[protected] for enquire my docket after several try luckily my call could be canact they give me another number Mr. Rajeev Tyagi [protected]
i again Request to Mr. Tyagi then i got another number [protected] of delivery boy i request him for the same he told me that he don have time n call me after an hour then he provide me the details of my docket
but on 15/10/14 still i m not get my docket
it is very urgent for me
