Request was raised to easemytrip to reschedule the flight time so that lay over time is less.Itinerary was from Charlotte-Iad, Iad- Doha and Doha to Bengaluru.
After following up for 100 days instead of rescheduling, they have cancelled Charlotte-IAD flight just one day before travel.
Travel date is 5-May-2023.
The amount of mentral trauma is horrible....

When I made the booking of the hotel it showed that the amount is fully refundable in case of cancellation now when I have cancelled I have not received the refund even after the consumer service people telling me to wait for 5-7 days .

I have recently rescheduled my flight and i did not receive the conformation even after paying the difference and convenience fee.
Since i did not receive the confirmation I called customer care, they first told me to pay 8k more in the name of fare difference and then i called them again because, this time another representative told me to wait for 3-4 hours, it generally takes this much time and ge told me it will be confirmed....

Has swindled me of 21000, their booking team has been constantly fooling me for 2 days that we will update your booking and it's still pending.

I have called 12 times in the last 24 hours either getting a response that we will call you back in 20 minutes or that the 20 minutes...

I have booked a ticket with ease my trip and cancelled the ticket before my journey but the refund not initiated they said its pending from airline side but while enquiring they said its pending from easymytrip side I have contacted customer care more than 10 times but issue not resolve yet please investigate and do the needful.

It's been months since I am following up on this refund. We had booked a similar ticket through MMT and we have received the refund for the same. Only with Easemytrip we are facing so many issues. Please apply for refund to the airline through their help desk....
