Easy Insurance India — Bike insurance not valid

I Have renewed my bike insurance through them as my policy was elapsing on 5th march. When i went to RTO to pay my road tax on 5th march they verified the papers and insurance. When they entered the insurance details the system got error saying insurance not valid. They advised me to check if the insurance is genuine or fake. I have not received any hard copy of the policy till date.

It showed the Insurance Company was IFFCO Tokio, but even in their website the verification failed for the insurance details.

I was a little concerned and mailed the customer service guys - "[protected]@easyinsuranceindia.com" explaining my concern, but i am yet to receive any reply from them or my hard copy of the insurance.
