Easy Insurance India — Very very very poor customer service

I am regural customer for the past 4 years! I am paying my two car insurance (HOnda City & Wagon R) through you.I have paid my bike insurance on 6th Nov 15, but till now i have not even received the soft copy! I have tried calling you CC no! Amazing response! No one picked up the call. LL no, awesome! Line not even going! Sent an email also, till now no reply! Sent a whatsapp msg also, no reply! What is this? Then why are you providing the customer care number? There are no other numbers to call and enquiry!
