[Resolved]  Easy Insurance India — Regarding processing fee on emi converted transaction

I have taken car insurance policy from easyinsuranceindia.com on 6th of Sep, 2012. While paying the insurance premium, I have chosen ICICI Bank 9 month emi option. And easyinsuranceindia has not mentioned about emi charges (for emi related transaction on credit cards) at anywhere in their website. I have given authorization (or they have taken) only for premium amount from the credit card. After two days, I had visited my ICICI Bank site, surprisingly I can see Processing Fee and Service tax related unbilled transactions in credit card section. I have called icici bank credit card customer care and enquired about the Service tax and Processing fee trans. They said that, merchant has not tied up with them for emi related transactions (as like Sangeetha Mobile, and Univer Cell Mobiles) bank has charged that fee from me. Then I called customer care of easy insurance india, they agreed their mistake for not mentioning of those charges in their website. But they are not ready to return the charges debited on my card. Later their GM (Narayan ...) called me and talked to me more than 10 mins about their mistake. But he is also not ready to return the charges, he was just tried to convenience me by saying apologies for their mistake. But it is not going to help me to recover the money from his apologies. They are not ready to pay my processing fee and service tax. I am strongly recommended not to use this company website further for taking any insurance from them.
