Respected sir, I had received a call from eezee cart on 15.sept.2015 for buying a mobile and get combo offer where there was a Samsung led tv/samsung galaxyE7/holiday package. they called me more then 20 times to convised me. i was choosing the mobile from them of amount 8500/- mobile-micromax canvasA311. after that they told me to do another transaction of amount 24000/- on there company name for the LED tv (combo offer) i denies to do the next transaction. because if there have a free combo offer why do i do the transaction. on the same day i came and view the review of the company and found many complaints against them about rough product, behavior and many more so i cancelled my order on 16th sept.2015. and called them to return my amount but they neither returning my amount nor giving any resolution date when do the amount will come. i called them many times they said when our senior team will arrive we will make call from our side to you. but not a single call came from there side. i request them to please mention the date when you finally return the amount but they only avoiding calls by saying after 15 min i ll call you to seeing the status, i make a call from my account section, this person is not available right now etc etc. i requested them that credit card bill will add the amount so please do the return policy on or before 30th sept but they only saying your complane is under process. not giving any date. i have mentally tensed that they are doing harassment to returning my amount. i request many more time but they are not responding. when i called them today that i am going for legal help about this they said plz do not do that we will returned it by 25.oct2015 again i told them you told me to return before 12oct2015 they said yes sir yes sir we will do before 12oct. sir i have no faith on them. the amount 8500 is more for me. i could not give the amount to a fraud company.i need your help. please help me to return my money and give a lesson these types of fraud company to cheat the people.i had communicate with them 21 mail on there mail adress, there complete adress;- 229 2nd floor welcome plaza s-550/551, school block shakarpur Delhi-110092 phone no[protected] http://eezeecart.com the persons to whom i came contact are :- Deepika, Ajay molhotra, Arun, Rajkumar Deben patel. my payment id[protected]

sorry to say i have written that After cancellation of order they are returning my amount
but actually its a writting mistake they are not returning my money after cancalletion of the order. so please read this
