Eezeecart — Received wrong product and fraud transaction with my card details

On sep 11 2015 i got a call from eezeecart for an offer providing the details about the offer. at that i was in a plan to buy a new mobile of lenovo a 6000 plus. they assured the combo offer with mobile. The offer in it was android phone with multiple products like, wrist watch of fastrack, rayban sunglasses, any android phone worth upto 11000 and wallet of woodland. Even still it is impossing on their website this offer. On that day they called for their anniversary of the organisation we provide the extra offer. I was not interested with that. I asked them to send products i have ordered. The offer worth 8500 and the mobile i placed is 7500. But even after that i tried to reach by calling i didnt received any product for one month. waited and contacted through mail. I got call from their customer care which was number on the website. sorry for the delay sir and they maid sure the product details are same what i earlier stated. after few days i received the products which are not at all worthy. what i ordered is lenovo a 6000 plus and i received karbonn alfa a 110 which worth only 2200. and their after i again contacted through mail. they asked for pick what i received. sent my mail along with pic. After sending that pic i didnt received any response. i kept on mailing for response. oneday i received call from the same stating for the complaint and we are backend support for verification we will refund amount and asked for the details to verify. after verifiying they made a transaction through my card.
