Eezeecart — Wrongly Taken Money & Sent Wrong Product and Not Refunding my money

Dear Sir, i received call on 4th of sept. 2015 from eezeecart online shopping company executive Mr. Devesh Patel and said that you are selected for the deal of the day android mobile combo. Android mobile combo includes- android mobile micromax nite A311 1 pcs, sunglass 1 pcs, wallet 1 pcs, and watch 1 pcs for Rs. 7999/- along with assured gift of samsung 32" LED. they dispatched product 12th of sept. 2015 after so many call to them. i found that mobile is karbonn Alfa A110 in place of micromax nite A311, wallet 1 pcs, watch 1 pcs, sunglass 1 pcs their glass is scratched and assured gift are not received. Total Money value is approx 4000/- but i pay 7999/- for these product. immediately i contacted for eezeecart customer care and requested for refund. since then they are making false commitment but not refunding money. 18th of sept. 2015 ko maime compliant karvai thi ki mujhe galat product bheja hai, ki mera money vapis kar lo. mujhe 20th sept 2015 ko call aati hai ki me eezeecart account branch se bol raha hu aapki complaint aai hai aap apna a/c no. name or ifsc code hame sms kar do aapka amount aapke account me aaj sham ya kal din tak credit kar denge. jab mujhe din tak koi response nahi aaya to mene call kiya phir meri baat Mr. AK Ansari se hoti hai vo mujhe batate hai ki aapko atm me jana hoga or procedure follow karna hoga tabhi aapka amount vapis ho payega. phir me apni sbi ki branch me gya vanha mene puri bat sunai to vanha mujhe kaha gya ki ye fraud hai aisa koi procedure nahi hota hai. phir mene 1-2 bank me or bhi puchha to vo bhi mana kar rahe the ki aisa kuch nahi hota hai. transfer vo karenge na ki aap kar rahe hai. uske bad bhi me ATM gya or Mr. ansari mujhe ATM procedure follow karne ke liye kahta hai to me follow kar raha tha per transfer option chal hi nahi rahi thi. uske baad vah mujhe kahta hai ki aap ghar chale jaiye me aapko kal batata hu. aaj jab mujhe koi call nahi aati hai to mene arround 1 bje call kiya to Pahle to koi baat nahi hoti hai bata rahe the ki vo meeting me hai phir baat krva lete hai. jab Mr. AK Ansari se baat hoti hai to vah kahta hai ki sir aapko aadhe ghante me call karta hu. per uski koi call nahi aati hai. me bar - bar call krta hu per vo mera phone nahi uthate hai. sham ko 4:30 Pm me vo mera call attend karte hai tab mr. ansari se baat hoti hai vo mujhse kahta hai ki sir aapka paisa release ho gya hai half and hour me aapke account me transfer ho jayega. per mujhe koi response nahi aaya. jab me call kar raha tha to koi uthata nahi. phi takriban 5:30 Pm me mera call attand karte hai. jab mene bola ki mr. AK Ansari se baat karni hai to udhar se jabab aata hai ki Mr. Ansari gadhe me gir gye hai. phir phone kat dete hai me phir se karta hu to koi lady phone uthati hai kahti hai ki aap apna ATM vala Procedure follow karo jab mene kaha ki Mr. Ansari se meri baat ki hai vo bol rahe the ki aadhe ghante me aapka amount transfer ho jayega to vo kahti ki aapne sune nahi vo gadhe me gir gye hai dobara es no. pe call nahi karna or phone kat kar leti hai. phir me dobara call karta hu to koi phone uthata hai or gali gloch karne me shuru ho jata hai. jab mene bola ki aapki call mere pass record ho rahi hai to kahta hai meri jhant ukhad dega kya. or sath me ma behan ki galiya de raha tha. ese me ye jo online shopping company ko hum fraud ni mane to kya mane pahle aadmi ko jhuth muth bol ke phsa dete hai or baad me es tarah se treet karte hai. 7999/- ki payment karva ke 2300 ka mobile or 15 - 1800 ka kuch dusra saman bhej dete hai kul 4000/- rupee ka saman bhejte hai. or jab paise vapis karne ki bari aati hai ho duniya bhar ki formality batate hai. jaise mene online payment ki hai vese mujhe bhe online payment mere account me credit kar do. Jab dusre din me phir call kiya to Mr. AK Ansari apne collogue se kahta hai ki es aadmi ne tang kar rakha hai or meri baat Mr. Sachin Verma se karvata hai. Phir sachin verma mujhse baat karta hai kahta hai ki aapko ATM procedure karna padega tab mene mana kar diya ki jab bank wale hi kahte hai ki esa koi procedure nahi hota hai to aap log es tarah se cheet kyon kar rahe ho. Jab mene kaha ki aap to atm me transfer option me jane ke liye bolte hai. Jabki paise transfer to aap logo ko karne hai. Tab vah kahta hai ki thik hai sir to aapko Monday 28.09. 2015 ko cheque bhej denge. Jab me Monday ko call karta hu to account department me koi call nahi uthata hai me din me kam se kam 8-10 baar call kiya. Phir mene costumer care ke no. pe call kiya to mene mr. devesh patel se baat karne ko kaha to vo bahana banate rahe ki vo meeting me hai kabhi bolte hai ki lunch karne gye hai. Phir sham ko me phir call karta hu to bade mushkil se ve baat karvte hai. Phir baat hoti hai to mene use kaha ki aapne mujhe cheet kyon kiya to vah shidha hi kahta hai ki sir aap product ki photo mail kar do. Jab me baat karne lgta hu to vah phone kat deta hai. Phir me phone karne ki koshish karta hu to call waiting me aati hai. Mr. Devesh Patel ke kahne pe me jisne mujhe cheet kiya tha jisne mujhe 4 sept 2015 ko badi badi baten kahi thi jo kahta tha ki company ka promotion ke liye aapka lucky no. chuna hai jisme etni sari chije aapko de rahe hai sath me assured gift bhi hai. Assured gift ki to baat hi chode usne to jo mere 7999/ ki payment kati hai uska bhi pura saman nahi bheja hai. Aaj 29.09.2015 ko me phir mail kar raha hu product photo ke sath jo mujhe bheje hai. Mujhe ye product nahi chahiye apna ye product vapis le lo or mera money mujhe vapis kar do. Agar mujhe koi response nahi aata hai to me agla action lunga. Me to es chakker me phas gya hu. Per me un sabhi logon ke liye agla ye action lunga jo her roj es tarah ke phone calls se phaste hai. Or ye log lakhon rupay hadap lete hai.
