Dear sir, From egateshop.com I have orderd LG 42 INCH FULL HD LED TV (42LF5530) worth Rs 38900 on 13th nov.2015 seeing advertisment in NBT news paper and payment done through NEFT in Account Name : eGate Shop Account Type : Currant Account Number : [protected] Bank Name : IDBI Bank (Surendranagar) IFSC Code : IBKL0000220 My Bank tran. no. N3171 Bank Name : IDBI Bank (Surendranagar) IFSC Code : IBKL0000220 My Bank tran. no. N[protected] recived my order no[protected] order was showing on www.pearlcourier.net tracking no PCFT7553223 (shipment no. [protected]) and movement were showing on 13th Nov.2015. courier site was uploarding by 18th nov.2015 record was clear on courier site is by saying 0 record, there was no contact delaus of courier . we tried through customer care executev no. [protected] but no was switched off . egateshop contacts from 18th nov.2015 all the contact points and web site was closed. but my oreder has been not deliverd till date . please let me know the legal proceeding fardher take my money back thanks Best Regards, Hitender Yadav [protected] New Delhi
