Hi All, I am also going through the same pain as you guys are suffering from. Exactly same series of episode happened with me as I have also bought a DELL INSPIRON 15 3543 15.6 INCH laptop and paid Rs.20, 805 for Order ID :[protected] and Shipment ID #[protected] vide NEFT transfer from my ICICI bank to merchant IDBI Bank current account vide Transaction Reference Number :[protected] and an APPLE IPHONE 5S (16GB) & paid Rs. 19, 474 for Order ID :[protected] vide Transaction Reference Number :[protected] on 11th November, 2015. I also initially made a payment of the laptop using credit card through payumoney. The money get reversed in my account after 8 days. Then I made a payment using NEFT. Now realised that this is total fraud as nothing i.e. their phone number, website and courier site is working and feeling that all total Rs.40279 my hard earned money has been stolen by egateshop fellow and reputed bank like IDBI have helped them to do such. I have also arranged to checked through some reliable sources in surendra nagar for the registered address and found that there is no Gayatri Mandir in Ratanpar. I think we should collectively raise our voice in this forum and seek immediate help through them. Am available @ [protected].
