Befor this Diwali I Read the news paper Hindustan Times and found an advertisement of egate shop on Diwali ( offer) and ordered a Dell inspiring laptop touch screen laptop form e gate shop and paid the amount online through debit card Via Payumoney.com and and got the confirmation email after 9-10 days that, my order will be delivered very soon put they put my order on hold and asked to release payment hold by payumoney.com. When I spoken to Call centre of Payumoney.com they not didn't clarify the reason and refunded my money without my consent also adviced to me to pay through NEFT and liase up directly with Merrchant if you want your order after that I paid money through NEFT and they told me that you will receive your order in next 2-3 days . After waiting 3-4 more days when I tried call them they did pick up the call and after 2, 3 hours later they switched off their phone. I tried to visit their website also but it didn't open and crashes every time I tried to open. Further dispatch details my consignment is also vanished from the courier company www.pearlcourier.net .
It seems it is a well organised gang of people and jointly togather with Payumoney.com, pearlcourier.net are making fool of people by online fraud.

Dear other complainant please approach to cyber crime department and local police and lodge FIR against the all culprits

We are purchasing the led sony we deposited the payment in merchant account but now he is not responding to our phone/his site is not working so we are not able to track that person.
