gobol.in — fraud website selling used and faulty electronics, do not return money or take used and faulty goods back

GOBOL is a fraud website. Stay away from them. they sent me faulty goods with missing components and then wont take it back. Not ready to even listen unless you threaten for a consumer court complaint. very bad attitude. All products they sell online are used which they say are factory seconds.
I had purchased a couple of goods from them. Most were second hand being sold as factory seconds. if you want to buy used electronics with warranty then this is the site for you. I had ordered a panasonic trimmer, which was delivered in 3 days, when i opened it I found had no blade unit. What will somebody do with a trimmer without the blade unit. Its useless. Then started my ordeal. I called them everyday and most of the times their toll free was busy. when they did answer the call they would assure me of a call back with 24 hours. On and on it went for 7 days. I mailed them and still no body cared. One day i called them and threatened them of taking this to consumer court. To which they offered to take the faulty trimmer back, and they had it picked up. They assured me of money return in 7 days, but weeks went by and money aint coming back. weeks later the courier people showed up with a packet. It was actually that same trimmer and in the same packing as sent by me. They didnt bother to even check what was wrong and sent it back to me. They are goofs and cheat. Do not trust this website. They will send you faulty goods and then wont take it back. Neither will refund your money. They say they have warranty, you can get an idea what kind of warranty they will offer you. I also ordered on AC but they served me well... I was happy with price & service which Gobol offered :)
The website people called me, and have resolved the issue.
cheated by Gobol people my purchase order number was[protected] I have purchased a mobile phone samsung s2 for 16, 500 RS. In GOBOL website it was a very good mobile which stops working from they day 1 i received.And its with full of scratches on the screen.I was trying to call to there toll free number they where not picking up the call. fine day it got connected i have given a complaint saying the back button was not working and the phone was automatically switched off and its not turning on even after charging..when i taken it to service center they said it has the problem with LCD screen and problem with board..and the very good thing from the employees of gobol was.I have informed them before giving order of mobile. i said them that i wil stay in my home town Hyderabad for 3 days then i wil leave for delhi its my work location.i received mobile in right time. the thing is like when i informed them about the issue i am facing they deny to take back the product saying we are not responsible for it.It was the 6th day after i received i was in train for 28 hrs i request not to fool the customers and the behavior of the employs was worst. i have spoken with the guy name sanjay i m not sure with the name he was saying you do what ever you want we are not afraid of you. i am having all the recordings what they have spoken from day 1.will definitely make it an issue and file the complaint in consumer court and in media too. will never suggest some one to purchase products from .And people who want to purchase please dont look for 1000 or 2000 discount which you are getting on your product from this site. Please dont buy it and dont be in Q line for service centers please buy the genuine one from the stores.

I don't know how it happens to you, but yesterday I have received my 18th order from gobol and till date I have not faced a single problem and if it is about fraud website selling used and faulty electronics, then its my personal suggestion that before purchasing a product from that site you will found that they have mentioned that they are selling factory second, refurbished, carton damaged and surplus product so please read all detail and then buy it.

I agree with you if it is factory seconds and refurbished.. i just wanted to know according to you what is factory seconds..the phone which does't work or the phone which gives motherboard problem without using or with out making a single call. In a month i have gone to servicing center for 4times in the first month of my purchase.After purchasing mobile the very next day i was in train traveling to delhi it is my work location after reaching here when i tried to use the phone there was no charging. and i connected to charger for 2 hrs but it does't work and not getting on. I have given my mobile for repair they said display not working.. they ask me to come after one week then after one week. when i reached to service center they said it has a problem with motherboard too and they took 10 days to get replaced. after 20 days i received my phone and i felt every thing was alright this time..but again the headset connector port was not working they took 2days this time to replace..standing in the line every time every week it was like hell for me...If the phone has this many problems from the very first day with out making even a single call..and you call it as a factory second, refurbished, carton damaged. It does't make any sense.according to me factory seconds or refurbished are phone having some scratches or used as display piece in show rooms or which are working fine after repair which this gobol people never sale this kind of goods..I request people please stop buying this kind of goods in this site.instead o[censored]sing faulty products i suggest you to buy good one in good showrooms with good price which gives you satisfaction..I have all documents given by service center.Will attach soon ..I request mr.mrneel to stop working for gobol to cheat customers and try to upload your product purchase order bills.So that if not me others can believe in u and gobol products cheers..:)

Bad luck on your side but I have also been making purchases from Gobol now and they have served me well. Yes even once I have also recieved a faulty factory seconds product but they have been prompt enough to exchange the same with a complimentary voucher. Kindly talk to their customer care, they are a real helpful guys!!

I wont be here if that could be happen to me dude. i called them so many times after they came to know the product has so many problems they started ignoring.. I still remember the person name sanjay. He was so rude and suggested me saying you can do what ever you want. Nothing gonna happen to us with your complaint.If you want to sort it out i can refer you with the Samsung service center outlets you visit there for your problem..And it took one month for me to sort out the problems with my mobile. I never had a feel like i m using a new mobile..And thanks a lot for your interest.If you really got and exchange of your product with complimentary from gobol then i m happy for you..but the funny thing is even you received a faulty product :)
Guys, I have thoroughly read the complaint threads and felt like sharing my experience too… A month back I ordered a tablet which was a factory second product and cost me at lucrative price. Within 4 days I received the order, but it had scratches on the screen, (which I tolerated as it I was informed earlier), but I found the charger was broken. Soon only I tried to connect with the customer support on their tollfree number, but unable as no one picked my call. After trying multiple times, I talked to the guy and told him to replace the charger or take the product back. But he assured me to send me to provide the feasible solution for the same. Though after three days, I got the final accessory. Although the tablet works well… so I would suggest Mr. srikanthmvbn to get them back to fight for your right and get the things done…. And yes… do update about your issue…
GOBOL SAALI CHOR COMPANY, bhaio this is a very successful chor company which is selling faulty products.
i had purchased a 463 ltr Panasonic fridge from their dealer Devyani Enterprises at Bindapur, Delhi on 04/07/2014 @ 23000/-+ 1500/- transportation. since from day1 it was faulty, not cooling properly. i complained about it to the dealer and the company. they visited 2-3 times and filled the gas and repaired the coil system. but all in vain.
the fridge is not cooling properly. all the items we put in our fridge gets rotten off, ice is not making.
thanx god i had not sold my 18 years old Godrej fridge which is still ok,
After purchasing this new fridge we still have to go to our neighbors for ice and cold water which makes fun o[censored]s for cheap products.
after 1 and half months these people are not able to repair.
and now they are not listening or attending the calls and mails.
i dont know what to do?
while writing here i wondered if these complaints would be heard anywhere or we are just giving a vent to our complaints?????

buddy never buy from gobol they are not giving answer's properly and in replacement case they are trite very bedly so plz and naver buy from gobol...

Recently I got to know about www.gobol.in for cheaper electronic items and I started searching the products of my interest. Before I could place an order with GOBOL, I thought to go through the reviews written by its customers. After reading all the reviews - negative and positive - I realized that the negative reviews were written by the victims of GOBOL whereas positive reviews sound as if they are written by GOBOL own people. Eventually I dropped the idea of purchasing from GOBOL as it is my hard money and I could not put in to stake for few rupees discounts.

which was delivered after 2-3 days as being COD order i had paid in cash to the courier guy after receiving the order.

the very evening hen i configured the phone i noticed few lags while fiddling through the menu but ignored it but it became frequent and often my phone all of sudden started lagging in mid of the operation or call. After restarting the phone i thought resolution has been found but till date the problem is still persisting.

Yesterday evening while making a call i noticed a small crack on my phone which in no time got bigger. i have been taking utmost care in handling the phone and to see all dis in less than a month phone develop a crack without any mishandling is quite surprising.

With the positive reviews about your service i blindly trusted and spent my hard earning on to be supposedly good quality phone but now my faith is shaken a bit and expect you to bring my faith and trust back in your company.

With a suggestion from your customer support team i am enclosing the photograph of the crack on my phone and attaching the bill receipt. Hope to get my issue resolved on priority basis
