Dear Customer Care, I have been offered FOCE watch coupon code to be redeemed at empowerreward.com by ICICI bank for opening an iWish Deposit. I redeemed my coupon code at the site on 25th Jan 2014 and paid handling charges of 299 through HDFC credit card and CITI Credit Card. But till now the order has not been processed. I have been sending reminders to "[protected]@empowerreward.com" for the same but nobody responding. As per my HDFC bank...
