Please approve my dsc it is showing dsp approval pending. Not good experience....

My Application No is 12861842 and my application is pending approval from DSP. Can you please help to expedite....

I'm Surprised that a reputed organization can provide such a pathetic service to a customer, I tried best of my knowledge to reach you by calls and alternate ways as well, fortunately my queries are getting simply dragged without providing a single step towards the solution, I'm facing hell lot of issues while using the certificates and we are at loss of our time which is considerably affecting, looking forward for a solution....

We purchased emudhra certificate on October 2020. Recently we got an error as user blocked.So We contacted emudhra's customer service representative on 8th June and he said he will get back to us with a new certificate since the account was blocked and our token was formatted by him. As per the CCA guidelines, you are not allow to download the Digital Signature Certificate certificate as you have exceed maximum time limit of 30 days from the Approval date of the certificate.

Please apply for new certificate as an existing ekyc user and proceed further.

They didn't contact me for more then 30 days.. So i asked them about the status on[protected].. That why didn't i receive the PAN Card yet !!
They told that your name is mismatched.. And when i cross check then the names seems to be fine.....

I paid for new PAN card via http://www.applypanonline.com/ But later found some complaints on internet about this website as I did not receive my PAn card yet. Is it a fake website? But when we call people do receive and talk but no proper solution or answer....

I am RA Associate of E-mudhra for Digital signature issuance..my problem is w.r.t. revoking the DSC the application made on 01/10/2013.
