EPRS Buysmart — Unable to recharge from my eprs account i have enough balance | |||
I have 235 rs balance in eprs account but when ever i recharge through eprs portal i got error that you have not sufficient balance even if my recharge amount will below 235. I cant recharge any mobile network and dish tv network. This happen from last 3 months. i have spoken with customer care but not getting response at all.. Please help me to get my money back.
