[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard aquasure | |||||
I bought the Aqua Guard Aqua Sure filter from Reliance in July 2016 for my mother's house. From the time it got installed it was leaking at the bottom of the machine. I have so far registered 5 complaints. We had 2-3 service engineers visiting us but no one was able to find the reason until last service engineer who said the level indicating sensor was wrongly installed and hence it did not defect the level resulting in the leak. He said he would come again and replace some of the defective parts. This happened a month back. After that no one turned up and no one is picking up the call. We are buying water cans and using it. Pathetic that I bought a machine for Rs. 21000 but buying water cans. CAN SOMEONE TAKE THIS UP ON TOP PRIORITY AND HELP RESOLVE THIS. ELSE RETURN MY MONEY.
