I have raised my complaint on 8th may 2020, and after 8 days on 16th may 2020 mr. Sanjib mandal visited my home to services. And said internal filters are need to replaced and costing customer to pay because after one year completed of amc, customer gets only free replacement/services etc. Then i called kolkata customer service division (Cm enterprises) and a madam (Contact no. +91 [protected]) said me the same and misguiding me. I have amc (2 years contract from 23/10/2019 to 22/10/2021). But i am not getting annual maintenances services when required. I have disappointed and not informed at the time of purchased amc, nothing mentioned about that in terms and conditions. Can you please justify me what is the necessary of amc? Is it not for fraud? If i purchased one year contract amc then also they give me services after one year (When amc expired) completion?. Regarding the matter i emailed to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on 16th may 2020 but still not received any reply from deepa madam. Now my family using bisleri bottle and due lockdown its sufficient supply nonavoidable.
