I have investigated the matter.The technician who came for R.O replacement has used different membrane than what is in the Sealed packing BY YOUR DEHRADUN PLANT.Both R.O Details can be seen in the attachment enclosed.Your authorized representative's technician has cleverly changed the R.O PACKED IN the PACKET. HE HAS BROKEN THE SEAL without my inspection AND USED A DIFFERENT MEMBRANE.THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER.
You put a committee to investigate the whole matter.

What is the reason the customer cell is made? No response for three weeks in spite of sending so many mails.f a company like
