[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Euroclean Star Dust Bag | |||
We own a Euroclean Star Vaccum cleaner, which needs paper dustbag, Visited nearest office at Rajajinagar for the same. Service people at this center intimated that they dont have any stock of it, but refused to answer when the stock will come, also insisted to visit Magadi Road office for the bags, which is not feasible for us. Call center people are asking 375 Rs to send the Dust bag of 165 Rs. It is responsibility of Eureka Forbes to keep the stock at its office (Promised during sales, the stock will be available at Rajajinagar Office). Improper response from call center and office people of Rajajinagar. Was this information helpful? | |||

I own an Euroclean Star vaccum cleaner and I am in need of paper bags to collect the dust but I have got no response from customer service inspite of registering the request. My contact number is [protected]. I am from Chennai.

I m having the same problem ...several time I visited the Asansol service station but they don't keep the paper bag in stock and unable to arrange even after several queries... The behavior of service centre people is too bad.. they don't pick phone.even now anyone can try it.

I dont know why there is always a short supply of Dust Bags at your Service Centers. Why should you ask customers for sharing their ID and Mob. Phone details ? You people promise of meeting all the parts, consumables without delay. Is this not Lack in service to your customers. I hold a Classic Model Vacuum Cleaner. I am not getting Dust bags for last two years. Kindly arrange to supply 5 bags (suitable for the ages old Classic Model) at the earliest. I can pick it up from your Civil Lines Office at Allahabad.

No It is in my own name. Anyway I am fedup now. I have thrown away the machine and have purchased another make.
I have eureka trendy vacuum cleaner with paper bags from last 18 years, i am trying to purchase paper bags from your showrooms, they are denying they di-dent have any stock. I am unable to use the machine from long time. Please assist to get the paper bags. In your online site also not showing paper bags. On line chating support person giving call center no to contact, what is the use of chating with your rep. If not provide full assistance. Pleaase provide full assistance for to get paper bags
