[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — extremely low tds found after service | |||
Dear sirs, I own reviva aquaguard system at my home. Your technician visited me for servicing the equipment on 15.03.2020. When i asked him for tds value of water, he replied that it is good as bisleri water. I then got it checked from a private agency and i was shocked to know that the tds value of water was found as low as 6 (Six only) which is not acceptable from health point of view. Therefore i request you as under; - please depute your technician to increase the tds of water - visiting technician should always have the tds meter with him in view to satisfy the customer after servicing.
