Again, after changing filter on November 11, 2014, since then no one has come to my house for servicing of Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV Water purifier. Please send someone for servicing and checking the water quality as soon as possible. The guy promised 4 free services while changing the filter. My neighbours have Kent Purifier, they are receiving free 4 service per year regularly as promised, than why Eureka Forbes is doing this. I feel you people are not keeping track of your customers.
