[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no urgency or seriousness in repair after buying amc | |||
Hello, They are only bothered by having more and more sales. After buying 8000 rs amc for a water filter for 2 yrs, i have got 5-6 more calls to upgrade my product but complaints resolution takes over a week. Executives visit after one week. I would like to cancel my amc and want a refund for my product (Whatever you can give) - calling direct executives or from urbanclap and problem would resolve in 1 day. But ao smith or other purifiers, they are much better. For the current problem, its been over a week and my product has yet not repaired. I have spent over 2000 rs in buying bisleri.
