Eureka Forbes — Nonsense service

This is supposed to be a Shapoorji Pallonji company and its one big nonsense team. From road shows to direct home selling they do everything to sell and product and for sure vanish to think air once done. Service ?? does that exists at all, none turns up, even if they do so, their only interest is to again sell an AMC which is a mess. No body knows how to reach any of their service point to get some spares, and if you reach so, most of the time they say the model is obsolete or no spares available, even for the standard filters, it is nearly impossible to get easily. Pity is these filters are also not sold elsewhere, not even on online stores !! Its a shame that such a big brand and a company like SP does this way
