I was given wrong commitment and after payment Eureka Forbes has not delivered the product yet!!! Here is the mail thread. Pl do the needful to solve the issue. I wrote to Mr.Ajay to respond with the delivery date or escalate. I got no response. PFA mail thread to [protected]@EurekaForbes.com for your reference. I have written to your twitter account believing that someone from ur head office note this and take action on these delays. I have also given the contact details but no one is yet to contact me from your company on this regard. Nowadays I am not getting any calls. Not even a single response from your sales department. I am fedup and already lost patience...! And because of some technical issue at your side, why should the customer wait and suffer? What is the compensation for the delay caused? I hope you will understand the issues being on the shoes of the customer. I need the product to be delivered immediately and I need the compensation for every delayed day.
