[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier - dr aquaguard not working | |||||
We have purchased a New water Purifier - Dr Aquaguard (Hot, Cold & Ambient) on 28/3/2018, its hardly a month and the machine is not working, after logging complaint on 23/4/2018 with the customer care and several followups the technician attended the same only on 26/4/2018. He informed us that some part was damaged and required to be changed and did not turn up with any solution. We kept chasing the executive from who we purchased the machine he sent a technician on 28/4/2018 he just checked the machine and no reply form their end till date. Its 8 days our water purifier still not working & to add to the cost we have to purchase bisleri from outside. This is completely unacceptable and pathetic Service from eureka forbes The machine purchased is worth Rs 35000/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
