I have launched complaint no 76412454 dated 20/05/2014 for replace my UV system because this UV system not clean the water properly 2-3 times I received calls from your company but no body till solved my problem I remind you please solve my problem. Other wise I stop my ECS. If you not replace my water purifier in future. water purifier is not working and water taste also not good.
Hi,
I have purchased water purifier (Aquaguard Magna) a month ago and it stopped working suddenly.
I had logged request 6 days back and following up daily with the customer care but there is no action taken place.
Every day customer care agent says "Sir, please give us today's time" but there is no response.
I am really frustrated now and going to purchase new one from Kent (where seems to be very good service). I wanted to return this product.
Please guide me how to deal with it.
