[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Worst service and no response to mails | |||||
Worst service by aquaguard, after requesting for several times and wasting my day service person came but water still tasting as chemical. What's the use if paying such a huge amount. The provogue watch provided is damaged regarding that when called cc said to mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but it's invalid email Id permanently delivery failure reply from Gmail. Again called enquired spelling and sent invoice and damaged watch pic to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com too almost 20 days back. Not got any reply till now. If I ask dealer he's saying till sales our duty theron contact cc I have got all recordings and mail proof planning to file a complaint in consumer forum.
