Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd. — Accidental car

I got into an accident dated[protected] and bought my car to fair deal service centre sahibabad for the claim and all. I was welcomed by a big no from your GENERAL MANAGER MR ISH KUMAR that we cant take your car i asked why then got a reply i cant no reason was given i insisted them that i had purchased car from your dealer then why are u not taking and urge to give me in writing that you cant take and asked him what should i do to this accidental car that i m carrying with the help of toe truck the manager replied thats your problem and abused me, i approached him because he was senior but he talked like he has not even passed 12th class. He pushed me too and told me to get lost. He is even this fearless that he.l told me that complaint krega na karle mera kuch ukhad paega koi
A person asking for a claim in the name of service centre where he had purchased the car from is crime??
Where was i supposed to go if not gone to fair deal service centre?
You will loose all your customer if you will retain staff like these.
Is this the behaviour i m supposed to take even if i am the customer from the same dealer?
Looking forward for your kind attention and fast action against MR ISH KUMAR in this case.
