Fashionara.com — Not refunding money

Hi there, I have ordered a couple of shirts from the e-Commerce website Fashionara.com on January 3rd, 2015 and they were delivered on 8th Jan. As soon as I checked the products, I could recognize that the shirts are old and completely shrunk. So, I had called the customer care soon after 10 minutes from I received the products and informed them that I wish to return them. They were picked by Fashionara.com people on January 9th January. But, they have not yet refunded my money. Regarding this when I tried calling them, they're not picking up the phone or the call gets disconnected after 20 minutes long wait. Believe me, I tried 20 times like this to get in touch with them. A guy called Anil picked up the phone and he was very rude to me and disconnected the call by saying that you'll get the refund. It made me really upset as I was trying to ask him the reason for not returning the money. After that, several times I spoke to Fashionara.com after so many attempts, but no one properly responded. I have sent almost 20 emails as a follow up with no luck. Still the money is not yet refunded to me. After a pretty much time, they asked me to share my bank statement that I might have received the refund and I'm saying no... This is really ridiculous. However, I have shared my bank statements twice... But, the money is not yet refunded.. Their customer service is the worst. I would like to tell everyone that don't ever visit this website. You'll sufer worse than me...
