First Flight Couriers — non delivery of rakhi packet

Dear sir

This is to the reference of the subject courier which is still not delivered on to the mentioned address.
It was done on 20th august thru

M/s courier services (Mr gaurav)
Gf-15 krishna royal plaza, alpha commercial belt
Behind icici bank, greater noida-201308

We have been informed from other courier agency at bulandsher up with telephone no [protected], that this courier is to be hand collected by the addresse from gulawothi (Pin code 203408) and the same is mentioned on the envelope.
But at the time of booking neither it was mentioned to me nor mentioned on my booking slip.

Pl look into and arrange for the delivery of the same.
Also pl furnish my complaint number against this e mail.
