FreeCharge — Amount debited from account but did not recharge

I had a recharge of 75 full talk time in my reliance gsm..the amount has been debited from my account but there is no recharge.. are these freecharge apps are making fools to one who trust them.. only the hell is going on.. freecharge ...really very disappointing and will never use this app in my lyf
