FreeCharge — Balance not credited | |||||
Hi, On 6 june 2016 at around 7 p. M i did a recharge of inr 550/- through freecharge app. It was showing that recharge is succesful but the balance was not credited in my mobile no. So i contacted airtel customer care but he denied of any online recharge done on my airtel mobile no. The transaction id is fcva[protected]. I want you to look into the matter and to either refund my money or complete the recharge Was this information helpful? | |||||

So many freecharge users are facing the similar problems these days. The app will show that the transaction is successful and the balance won’t be credited. The best part of this app is that it shows me the three best available plans, based on my actual usage. It tracks my data consumption, calls, and texts and suggests plans accordingly. These plans help me cut down on my monthly phone expenses. The other cool features includes blocking all the unwanted calls and unwanted text messages. I was very troubled with the real estate, cricket and astrology updates. It feels good to get rid of them without having to call the customer care.
