Dear frecharge, I am using another freecharge account which is "[protected]@gmail.com" so yesterday i had made an payment of rupees 4111/- in bsnl postpaid number [protected] and applied promo codes 15post and its was successfuly applied and yesterday it was showing the recharge transaction pending and today morning i checked it out and transaction was failed but my money had been deducted from my bank account and i dint got return back my money in my bank account and freecharge wallet is shows zero and recharge not done yet and dint even received the cashback! i am sending you screen shot so you can check it out and please help me out i am a poor fellow. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.
