Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Money deducted from bank but not paid to Airtel

I used Freecharge services to pay my Airtel landline bill (order ID FCLW[protected])which was due on 25th March 2016, being so initially i got a email on 26th March that it was successful and later yesterday freecharge have emailed me that my money is safe with you and the transaction is successful.

Hope freecharge know that if the bill payment in not made on time i will incur some penalty of late payment.

This kind of response from Freecharge is disappointing, if i don't get the payments made today to Airtel then i have to take necessary action against freecharge as to keeping my money and making me frustrated in not completing the transaction.
Also if there is any late penalty with Airtel then freecharge has to bear the same for the delay.

The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. Unfortunately, this is not fully controllable for us.
