I paid my tata docomo GSM mobile no. [protected] bill of rs. 829 throw freecharge order id FCMA[protected] on 13mar16 but till now my money neither refunded nor successfully transfered to the operator. My postpaid bill is still due. Customer care is not picking my phone and i mailed my complain many times but freecharge replies that yr complain is resolved now without resolving my problem.
