I have done an airtel recharge 2 days back thru freecharge. The payment was deducted from my account and the transaction is showing in pending since then in freecharge portal. I have been following up with them since 48 hours but as yet the recharge or refund of my money is not processed. Order id : fcvw[protected] Your transaction in pending state Incident # : #3483295 The most pathetic situation with this company is there is no customer care dial in facility where a customer can have a track of his request closely.
