Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Payment is not refunded after 48 hours

I have done an airtel recharge 2 days back thru freecharge. The payment was deducted from my account and the transaction is showing in pending since then in freecharge portal.

I have been following up with them since 48 hours but as yet the recharge or refund of my money is not processed.

The most pathetic situation with this company is there is no customer care dial in facility where a customer can have a track of his request closely.

I am not sure how govt approve these companies to do business without any face.
