Freecharge.in — MSEB Bill payment not done while Freecharge.in portal shows the payment is successful

I am an user of Freecharge. on 23 Nov i made my MSEB bill payment of Rs. 1170 via freecharge.in. The transaction order # FCEW[protected]. My citibank card has already got charged for the transaction amount and the freecharge portal shows that the payment is successfully made to MSEB. However, the payment is yet not received by MSEB. I have tried chasing a lot with Freecharge (Even sent email to kunal.[protected]@freecharge.com). Kunal Shah is the CEO of Freecharge. But no affirmative response have been received from Freecharge team. My bill due date is over and i am clueless about the activity of Freecharge. Seems like i need to file a case of dispute against Freecharge. Kindly help me getting my money back. Please see attached bill payment invoice (in Freecharge) and Bill payment status (in MSEB)
