Freecharge.in — Payment not done but my money deducted | |
I have done an airtel recharge 2 days back thru freecharge. The payment was deducted from my account and the transaction is showing in pending since then in freecharge portal. I have been following up with them since 48 hours but as yet the recharge or refund of my money is not processed.
