Freecharge.in — Worst customer service from freecharge! Recharge failed but money hasn't been refunded. It's been almost a day!! | |||||
Hate freecharge!! It was my terrible mistake that I had to recharge my mobile urgently and instead of going to a shop or using PayTm.com, I chose freecharge as the best option... But it's been almost 16 hours since I have triggered a recharge of Rs.197 to my Airtel number. I already wrote twice to the customer service (So please don't ask me to do the same thing. I know the email - [protected]@freecharge.in). Since the money has been deducted from my bank account, I need the refund plus interest for these time period from 12th December 8pm/9pm... I have never seen such a terrible customer service from any of the recharge providers. And REMEMBER, I need the money (refund plus interest) to mt freecharge credits and DON'T TRANSFER TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, why because I need to trigger the recharge again as quickly as possible. Don't test my patience. And here are the previous complaint numbers : 2611094 and 2613674 and 2616831. I will give you just one hour otherwise I know what I should do..>!!
