FreeCharge — No refunds either in the form of cashback or credits | |||||
My mobile number is [protected] (Vodafone UPE). I tried to recharge my phone on 3 October 2015 amounting to INR 100 through SBI Net Banking. I was asked to enter the otp and i did it. Afterwards a freecharge internal server error was displayed. I checked it online and found that many users have faced this problem and they were refunded in 3 to 4 days. Today is 9 October 2015 and i havent received either credits or cashback. Unfortunately i dont have the transaction id with me but my SBI account was debited with INR 100 .
