My freecharge email Id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in; mobile no. [protected] I had Rs. 75 balance in my Freecharge a/c. Accordingly, I recharge one of my Airtel number ([protected]) on October 22, 2016 via my freecharge a/c, for Rs. 50 /- Above amount Rs. 50 deducted from balance but I never received recharge on my Airtel number. Now, my balance in freecharge a/c is Rs. 25 and this particular transaction shows successful. I want this recharge to be done as soon as possible or want my balance back in freecharge a/c. As per our records the transaction (order ID FCVA[protected]) is successful against the operator ID 00000, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction. The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.
