[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount refunded by yatra.com not getting processed for refund to my bank card | |
Dear Freehcharge.in Team, I had reached out to your Help & Support team where i requested for call support and even after raising request from app no call received from your end to help and resolve my query. I have raised refund request from Yatra.com and they have confirmed that they have processed the refund and released the amount which i can see in freecharge app as status "Processing" since many days. and as per Yatra.com they have processed the refund and have also shared their transaction details on email confirming on release of refund amount. But Freecharge has not yet released it and its just keeping the status as processing and on reaching their customer support they affirm that its been pending from Yatra.com end which i don't think is now pending from yatra.com. So can your team please release the amount and refund it back to my bank account that was paid via my debit card?
