[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Issue in withdrawing money to bank account from FreeCharge | |||||
My reg no is [protected], email ID - [protected]@gmail.com. Name - Veeresh Rathod V I tried withdrawing money from Freecharge to my Kotak Bank Account on 01.03.2017 and it was pending. I have written a lot of emails to customer care and they are giving me a canned response. According to bank norms, if a transfer of IMPS fails, it will refunded to account in the same working day, But these guys are playing around. Was this information helpful? | |||||
