[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Menu shows 3g plan and finally activated was 2g plan | |||||
I used freecharge to buy a 3g data plan from vodafone for mobile. Package that freecharge offered was 1gb data for 28 days for rs.205. I have attached menu snapshot from my mobile app. When i paid money, 2g plan was activated on mobile. I took the matter to freecharge customer care that am dissatisfied with them for misleading me into spending money for a plan, which is not suitable for my need. They carelessly closed the tickets asking me to contact vodafone directly. I dont understand why vodafone will even bother to answer for a mistake of freecharge. Now when i look at freecharge menu, they have moved this plan under 2g silently after my escalation. But they are not apologetic for their mistake and are not refunding money. I asked them to stop data plan and refund my money. Sheer irresponsibility and they dont even have a mechanism to escalate inefficiency in their operations. Anyways, i lost money and time for having chosen a worthless service like freecharge. Am not going to leave this matter here and soon will be approaching court about their business built on the foundation of cheating.
