Sir, I, Shruti Durape, have a freecharge account from which I had failed transactions on 27th November. The transaction ids are OC-[protected][protected], OC-[protected][protected], OC[protected]-[protected]. The money has been deducted from my account twice i.e 5400 and 5320rs. I have sent mails regarding the refund but I have still not received the amount. The tickets issued are Ticket #343774 and #359521. Please kindly revert the amount immediately.
