I did recharge on 29th of Nov from free-charge wallet and not from the bank; recharge id is : R[protected] which was unsuccessful so i was promised to get back the refund against same within 5-7 business days; but i didn't got ny refund and henceforth i raised a complaint to their given support id [protected]@freecharge.com ; they raised a ticket regarding the same complaint Ticket # 395829 on 5th DEC. From that day till today i have wrote them more than 10-15 mails to refund me back but its the same auto-generated email being send back to me telling that it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I request you kindly to look into the matter and help me regarding the same as soon as possible because they dint have any other means of communication other than mail and in mail its the same auto-generated mail i am getting repeatedly. so only i approached you.
