We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs. 162.0 to your account on 21/11/2016 against the order ID FCMM[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.
