[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — payment deducted but mobile not charged

Today i paid rs.120/- through net banking from my yes bank account to recharge mobile [protected] (Airtel). The amount has been deducted on 25 jul-2018 at 12:00:15 but the mobile recharge showed unsuccessful.
Then i received a message. "your payment of rs.120 for airtel is not complete. We have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/09AGzOwl to complete your payment."
I tried as advised but nothing is happening. Please the needful immediately.

We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account.

As per our records, payment against the above-mentioned order ID was unsuccessful. If any payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge, then the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

Request you to contact your bank customer support to know further about the status of the transaction and quote these numbers.

Today 16.8.18 at 5:45pm I made a bsnl special recharge of rs.118 through freecharge. But the recharge was done as topup of 97₹ rather than special plan of bsnl.
Correct it asap. Attachment of transaction in details.

Dear employer,

I was recharged 429/- rupees through free charge but still now I'm not received recharge & also refund money.it shows the error processing.
